I think the biggest issue is that we tend to give our power away because we don't trust that we have it. Its important to take other people off the pedastal and focus on ourselves.

Its easy to forget that everything is with in me. I am working on myself intensely and feel like i go backwards often. But i know that isnt true.

A major tip in releasing your emotions that I want to share is:
Stop trying to fight your emotions, judge them, analyze them, whatever.
The most effective and definite way of releasing the old emotions and thoughts is Acceptance and Forgiveness. How do you do that? By observing them. Just like that. You don't have to think "I accept and forgive these thoughts, emotions..." you just have to observe without analysis. 0. none.
The moment you judge, anlyze, condemn, resist them... You give them power because your emotions and thoughts can only survive if you identify with them. Same with people, circumstances, etc.

Just came across this video & I feel like it was sent for me 😁 I’ve been in love this dude for about years since high school, but he’s became an actor right now.. we had a lil innocent thing in the past but since he’s a senior we stop being in contact. And a few years later (now) he’s literally at his peak but starting to talk to me and even slid into my messages… think the universe is blessing me for letting my manifestations come true, still think it’s bizarre that he remembers me & we might b Gg for a date after he’s finished his dream. Also because of that id been thinking a lot about how even tho I’m interested in him and there could b a chance, I wanted to still detach myself away from this constant thought of him and focus on building on myself while letting time do the work. Yesss so I was confused but this video kind of put my mind into rest, and it’s really all about knowing my worth and remembering to nvr let a guy dictate your mood/life, and just chase your dreams. just a quick question: how to deal with the people that remind you of the old versions of someone that you are trying to manifest the new better version of? 😂 I am dealing with this atm. I managed to manifest a new, super awesome version of a sp ( I was experimenting and it worked!😮) but I keep meeting people that are throwing in my face what this sp did in the past. Are these people representing me and my fear/doubt/lack of trust in the process? Im kinda sure of it...😂 just don't know how to stop it. I guess it takes time to practice... what are your thoughts?
What you need to do is you need to be able to tell these people that they need to let go of what happened. Sometimes it doesn’t mean that they’re representing anything, it literally just means you need to set boundaries. I did this with people, I would tell them that I would no longer speak to them abut certain subjects and it worked. They respected that.
I'm interested in a person who is 4 years younger than me but he is not at all interested and looks down on me. So what should I do?
Can anyone suggest how to make him interested in me?

I’ve been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts. At 31, I lost most of my life to depression and abuse, and now it’s too late to make anything happen. I constantly have negative and extreme thoughts. Is there a way out.
Circumstances don’t matter because YOU can choose to change regardless of the circumstances presented. You can tell yourself that what your SP does doesn’t matter or you can tell yourself the truth…. How another acts/what another does will not effect the story I choose to believe about myself.
I dont know how to change my major depression.the lack of energy makes it difficult to go out and be active

Exception : There are also some people that get upset or angry, in spite of our optimist-positive mental attitude. They get upset because they do not want to hear about new premises and draw new conclusions. They draw hasty conclusions and get upset, just based on their inner structure, not on our vision about them and our vision of reality.
I like the scripted better because it gives a theme and you get info that you can work with on your inner journey. Not to say i didn’t like this specific video, but i thought i would answer your question in the belief that it will be of value to you.
