@@xdCordae I once got undercut as I was rising up for a layup and landed partially on my tailbone and partially on my lower back/butt. I had my eyes closed the whole time and all I remember was a ringing in my head and like… no breath. I didn’t feel anything at first so I didn’t want to move in case I was hurt. Thankfully I was able to get up and shoot the free throws but it was sore for over a week.

@@rage3525 I think so I’m very active so walking worked for me if it still hurts to bend over and it’s bad enough just take some ibuprofen or Tylenol I’m no doctor by thats what I did
