I love how every guide for WoW classic are giving information that is most useful for new players, but in a way that is only understandable to people who would already know this information. Like prattling off random names of zones I've never been to, have no idea how to get to. Like, thanks, I'm gonna now just have to google what you said same as before
Quest until Level 23 then go get your sleeping bag -> do BFD raid -> Log out in City and only log back in when can you run BFD again (every 3 days) do this until level 38 -> Go to Ashenvale incursion once daily from Level 38 to 48 -> Do Feralas/Hinterlands incursions once each daily until Level 53 -> Do ST Raid once -> Do Searing Gorge daily event once daily until Level 60! Easiest way to AFK level from 25 - 60. I have multiple level 60's from just doing this, basically for free. Doing it this way means you can just play on your main and still get extra 60s over a few weeks just logging in on your alts for 1 hour daily max.

Great vid. I use both wow-pro and guidelime, both free and both great. I also use free RXP for it's rare scanner alone. It's faster then silverdragon. On a locked realm like the Lash NA. Rare farming is an easy get. Since they locked us back in P3 I've farmed rares I never knew existed, or I last farmed way back in og WoW. And a lot of them seem to love dropping knapsacks and backpacks.
How contested are farms on mega realms right now? Since blizz locked the Lash back near the start of P3. I've only a singe contested farm. My afk bre farm. We on the Lash have been spolied to death with fast uncontested farms. Buffs like Songflower. I saw a horde get one once. They are always up free for the picking. I reckon I'd lose my shit lining up for contested farms on a mega realm. With or without world pvp. Wanna hurt me bad in pvp. Don't kill me. Just atch me pop a sapper charge on meself waiting in endless lineups.
That's fine and all, I been leveling a bunch of alt and even with megaservers I must say, Incursions are dead, most dungeon groups are dead, BFD still ran pretty often by 60 carries so that's nice but I cannot say the same for Gnomer or ST, I've yet to see a single group run it or advertise for it in the last 2 weeks. Even in the 50s, there's barely any BRD exp run groups. I've seen 1 in the last week. The big issues is that while SoD isn't dead, its not booming with leveling population, most of the people are 60 already and had an alt army at 50 thanks to incursion pre-nerf (dailies non repeatable). Questing right now has been my go to with very rare occasional dungeon when I see people going for them. Before you guys tell me "Just make your own groups". I have sat in a ZF group for about 1.5 hours for it to fill and the leader was spamming LFG/Trade. It took so long the leader had to whisper me to know if I was coming because I forgot I was even in a group anymore. That issue is not sod exclusive though, its been around even on ERA. Love it or hate it, dungeon queues introduced in wotlk weren't the greatest feature for max level stuff, but for leveling I will say, minus the teleporting to the dungeon convenience which I could live without, having a group being formed automatically by a system is/was a great change that made dungeons feel alive while leveling.

Lvl 25 incursion dragons drop small flame sacs, and level 40 incursion dragons drop 4-6 skins at a time that sell for 5s each. It adds up REALLY quick.
Man killing incursion mobbs its way better the xp its double of normal mobs and 3 elites give the same amount of xp as a orange quest at 25 to 35 which its insane and with WBs
Lets be honest, u need Gold for this! Getting a new Weapon from the AH every 5 to 10 levels and Gear! 1-25 normal Questing first 2 Zones. Nightelf + Darkshore easy and fast way to lvl 25. Then Duskwood Incursion 25-35...35-38/39 Stranglethorn Valley Quests / Big Game Hunter ETC. (U need Help with some Classes for this, but finding some people is not that hard)..Ashenvale Incursions from lvl 38/39 to lvl 48/49. 1 Time Feralas Incursion Questing....After that Hinterlands Incursions Questing/Elite Grind to lvl 60. Get ur Sleeping Bag asap. Some People selling "Sleeping Bag Tour"...."Student Fodder" helps alot from 57-60...Get all ur importend Runes in between ur leveling phase! Have Fun ;)

But SoD is basically a soft retail already and I think it would be a fine addition (with limitations) I tried doing a ZF on my mage the other day and it took hours to even get a group for that. It would be simple to just add a dungeon finder for all that 60 below content, maybe even a raid finder for the old SoD content like BFD, Gnomer, ST. And maybe just don't let it automatically port you to the dungeon.
to level to 60 in classic you have to jedi mind trick yourself into enjoying the zones and quests. OR alternatively you grew up playing it as a kid and your brain associates the zones with happy memories. either or

Saw your logout screen at the end of your vid. You're og locked realm. 7 toons way back on Chaos Bolt. We had a few non-pvpers xfer to the Lash. And then they locked us, with a free xfer to WG or CS In a single season some toons have been on 3 servers with 3 different names in guilds on their 2nd and 3rd names. What an unplanned shitshow part-time SoD devs gave us this season when they weren't busy propping up CATA as the priority. SoD aka SoS :) And still I log in a play SoD every day o a dead realm. I'm as bent as this season lol

well i sat in LBRS for 2 levels on hunter and it was great. too expensive for fresh characters but for alts for sure just take breaks by getting boosts

i like the uncontested buffs. megaservers feel pretty similar to p1-p2 sod so it's really just not that different. just way more populated than p4 was

the mobs in the duskwood incursions give 400 exp, how the hell can you do 25-35 in an hour? I 4 shot the mobs there and im doing 1 hour per level
