I Agree to this. Few things cannot be challenged. It's not that ladies cannot enter Shabrimala. There is a rule and we need to follow this. Let's fight for women empowerment but not in this way. There is better things we need to fight for.
See each religion and entities have their own belief systems.Ex:-Muslim women don't enter mosque,confessions in Church same way with Sabarimala, it's about beliefs of certain group of people. Lord Ayappan'history says ,he as a person dint want to associate with women for whatever reason he has...So temple maintain that dignity.When people worship or follow something it means they are following the diety as well.That means they believe in existence of that God. So they will respect those feelings,rituals etc..If God is being worshiped as an existence no matter whichever religion they represent,we are to consider that "existence " beliefs as well....
I am a woman and a feminist who believes all human beings to be treated equal with no colour,age,gender,financial status any such discriminations. For me feminism is not faking or following what men do.I always get the respect as an individual and never had to low down being a woman..I think wisely about want I want and follow what is best interest of me and my society as a social human being..

Women is not interested to go to Sabarimala out of devotion or due respect to diety.If they are devotees, they will respect the beliefs as well..Now just that they want to show off and call it as feminism..

I am not against a particular religion. Just like you said each religion had its own stupid rules too. There's an issue going on in kerala about a Christian priest blackmailing a nun with her confession. There's a poojari who suggested a student of his to kill a family to get all the super powers and there's also a group of people who believe that putting a parda or abaya will destroy and protect them from all the evil eyes or desires of men. Don't you see there's utter stupidity in each religion ? Religion is making us forget to think logically on the name of "beliefs". If your religion asks you to believe and act stupidity, then change your beliefs ❤
See following or not following some stupidity is completely up to the individual.We should first have our own thoughts and decide our own life without hurting others..All examples you have mentioned is to showcase wrong things in each religion.But none of us can say everything is wrong in those systems..Physical exploitation in any names to be avoided and people should say no when it is no.Religions to be seen just as a entity to group people and work for their betterment if we really don't believe in God..But questioning and interfiering that and interpret as what I know is correct and what others believe is wrong will lead to intolerance.Being in a society that will lead to unnecessary fights. We have to focus on being educated and do right things instead of focusing on breaking customs and systems...Can we know what these ladies are getting benefited from going to Sabarimala? Are they devotes who just can't wait to see the God?If they can't see the people around them and their feelings,no use to go to any worship centers. Or Do they think forcefully going to a temple will make them feminists or famous?will world change to gender equality concept with this event?Otherthan creating some mess around it,nothing is useful about it. .Then its so idiotic and they just have to grow up. Indias constitution ask us to respect the differences and ideally to have the unity among all these things.
