I knew Anne would make an appearance in this video!! Haha. Loved your recs. Francine Rivers is one of my favorite authors. I'm determined to participate in the monthly recommendations group in 2017. Now that I've gotten started in this Booktube world I feel like branching out a bit and think this group will be a great way to do that.
Haha. Yea...it's pretty rare for Anne to not show up in a recommendation video. And Francine Rivers is one of my favorites as well! She's basically the only Christian fiction author that I read. And do it! It's a lot of fun and a great way to add variety to your content and get to know other booktubers. :)
I have a lot of Christian Fiction that I read, but if you're ever looking for something TOTALLY different and not overtly Christian I'd look into Ted Dekker. I LOVE his books too! Again, he's basically opposite of Francine Rivers, but so so good!
I love that you considered the crew from Lunar Chronicles as a family. Cause they're so awesome! And Little Women!!!!!!! I love the March family! And The Bennetts! Basically... all of these are wonderful haha
They really are though! So many of them are estranged from their families for various reasons and when they all come together by the end of everything? It just warms my heart.
So, I'm freaking out from happiness! 😂 I did my first Monthly recs this month and we have a very similar list! I didn't think anyone else would have The March family. This made me so happy. Also, LOVE a Wrinkle in time. If you do watch my video, idk what happened, but somehow I ended up keeping in some parts that I thought I edited out. I'm getting better at editing, I swear! 😂
The March family is too wonderful for only one person to list them. Haha. And editing comes with time. It gets easier and faster the more you do it. :)
sarahannereads yeah, but most of the booktubers I watch and know, don't really list classics and if they do, they're Jane Austen. So this was really cool! :)
I love love love family relationships in books! So many old faves here :) Great choices!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! :)
Awesome examples. Gotta love the Weasleys.
They're pretty great. :)

The Bennett family gives me life. Especially her and her father. Your observations are so right on. They're completely dysfunctional, but so great.
They really are just the best. Dysfunctional, but completely wonderful.
