All those transitions are cool thooo. I thought this was a full song, not a full album -because I didn’t saw the time of the video- and i just realized it was an album when i checked the comments. I’m not a fan of Jeremy Zucker but I think I’m going to be now. This album is amazing
imagine laying in your favorite spot-a field of grass with the breeze dancing and the sun touching your skin, or engulfed in a pillowy duvet with the morning light streaming through the blinds. you have your headphones on to drown out miscellaneous noise, and you pull up ‘jeremy zucker - love is not dying (full album spectrogram). 0:00 you inhale the aroma of sweet roses. “still” fades into your ears and you exhale. you close your eyes and let the sound seep into your mind; it’s pitch black and all you can see are your thoughts floating amidst the static darkness. and soon, the spectrogram appears, moving with the music like waves in the ocean. left, middle, right. as each song plays, you don’t realize when the next begins or ends. it feels like one continuous, beautiful track. --- and just like that, you’re transported to another reality. a universe of only you and jeremy zucker’s vocals enveloping you in a comforting hug. you walk along the starlit path, one foot in front of the other. buzzing of guitars, thumping of drums, twinkling of piano share the same frequency as your heartbeat. (even the louder volume parts of songs fills your entire being, and you become the music.) you’re daydreaming almost. the end of the road leads you back into your room, or the grassy field. the last beat of the album causes the spectrogram to flicker. 37:16. you open your eyes. you meet gaze with the ceiling or the frosted sky. you take out your headphones and breathe. you didn’t realize you were holding your breath. you start to feel the world again, your numbness is wearing off. love is not dying will be forever imprinted in your mind, bringing you back to the stars whenever you listen to it. -

the way you've curated an entire experience instead of just an album makes you the most thoughtful, generous and genius music artist I have ever come across. your production is insane, your lyrics are raw and vulnerable and beautiful, you put so much thought and emotions into your music and share that with us and we are eternally grateful for your existence Jeremy. So thank you♥️
I feel like this whole album reflects on the boundless dimensions and complexity of our emotions, specifically its parallelity to space. And the way Jeremy uses his musicality to create a sensory experience transcends the human body never fails to amaze me. Each piece was created in a way that would touch our souls. One might make us feel like we are literally freely floating in space, another might makes us feel grounded to the Earth. This album is more than just a masterpiece. It's an intense but compelling paragon of mesmerizing musical artistry on the complexity of raw human emotion. His lyricism, understanding of sensory sounds, and musicality create an empathetic journey for all of us to experience. And it's truly a euphoric feeling. We feel connected. And as we begin to unravel his own complex emotions as the album progresses, we start to draw parallels to our own lives and catch a glimpse into his own. I'm completely blown away. Thank you, Jeremy, for sharing this with us.
This is art in motion. I have massive respect for Jeremy and the amount of work he puts into his music. Hope I get a chance to make a song with him one day!!
For people who are interested on what the graph thing in the middle is: it’s called a spectrogram and it basically shows wavelengths correlating to the music. The higher it gets, the higher the amplitude is (the sound/volume). The shorter the wave gets horizontally, the lower the frequency is (pitch). Really good visualization for what you’re hearing ☺️🤓

listening this with the volume all the way up feels euphoric. the vibration from my headphones can be felt to my fingertips. it leaves no space for too much else. the whole world seems to fade away as all you can hear is the sound of something beautiful. it makes you think about things you don’t know if you should think about but you can’t seem to care. i can close my eyes and just feel relaxed and free. it’s beautiful. it feels like an out of body experience and i don’t know how to explain the numbness that takes over as i lose myself in your words. i haven’t felt this way in a long time and i’m addicted.
This album was a good companion of mine during lockdown. Played it on loop when doing work at home, helped me clear my mind. Ironically, although I was lonely, I miss those days and the feelings I had when it was just me and the music.
Exact same here, it was my last year of highschool and we were locked down, having classes online for the first time. I was lonely but happier than I am now. I could enjoy music so much, which I don't do as much anymore. This album takes me back to those feelings and to such a strange time. And it was only 2 years ago. I love this album, and it's so great to have it in its entirety on UA-cam with no cuts, it flows so well from one song into the next.
definitely a completely different experience if we compared listening to the spectrogram and listening to it on Spotify. the transitions are flawless and it's so clear you put so much of yourself into this project, j. thank you for being vulnerable 🥺
it’s 1:22am and i’m listening to this again crying yet smiling because that’s just the effect this album has on me. it’s so beautiful and well put together. thank you so much!
couldn't emphasize enough how i am in awe with this new album of yours. everytime you put out new songs it just gets better and better. kudos to you and to anyone who got to work with you on this debut album of yours. this is a masterpiece, i must say. i love how the songs transitioned to one another but still have their own distinct uniqueness, the emotions, they're there and so thank you. everything about this album is beautiful and real. congratulations, jeremy. ♡ this is a success.
🔥This may have become the best album of this month. In terms of auditory experience, it is like shuttling between different galaxies. The piano melody and human voice that can soothe the soul are interwoven, like a picture can be pieced together...🌠 you did it, Jeremy!🌞🌝☀💗
almost the 2 year anniversary. I still miss my ex that I was with when this song came out. I have a whole new life, new love, but nothing could compare. I have always felt guilty for it. I stayed away from this album because it made me think of how good it all was. Now I'm listening to do my best to let it go and move on. Thank you Jeremy. I have an unhealthy way of emotions and not understanding nor feeling them but them album wakes my soul. It makes me nervous but hopeful. Some songs make me cry. Some make me dance. It all speaks to me like a language for certain people to know. I hope you're doing AMAZING after moving to LA. I know you're doing better than you were in the moments you made this album.
This be making me cry af atm cause this just reminds me of someone, i wont go on specifically but the vibe just fits your emotions!! Ahhh :C the feels :C Quarantine Guys! Stay safe.
I stumbled on this album a year ago, and this past weekend I had the chance to see Jeremy in concert. It was the best experience and I had so much fun :)
The other night when I was up late I sat in my room, door closed, lights off, smoked a bowl of weed and found myself lost within every song. Maybe its cause I've been enjoying your music for years now.maybe its because we're both Pisces. Maybe its because you've lived in Colorado . Maybe its because I was depressed that night and somehow you nearly stitched up the void that was weighing in my body. My only regret was not seeing you and Lauv in concert back 3-4yrs ago in February. At least you're songs heal my wounds in a way that others wouldn't understand. Thank you.
It's interesting to see how everyone experiences and feels different things when listening to a song. While some may say "I want to hear this song at my wedding," others may hate it, because they only think of their ex and the feelings that were once there. I guess what I'm trying to say is that music is wonderful, and brings out emotions not everyone or everything can.
This album is so special to me. It came out the perfect timing as if it aligned with the outcomes of my situations. I haven’t stop listening to this album since it came out. Every song on this album is good but definitely my favorite is Orchid and Julia. Somehow I know things will get better. Thank you Jeremy for sharing your gift and I’m so happy to be a fan
