Hii..mujhe BTech passout college se transfer aur migration certificate mil gaya hai lekin conduct certificate dene se mana kar rahe hai. kyuki mera bhi Btech aur Mtech me gap hai, to wo log bol rahe hai ki abhi ham aapka character decide nhi kar sakte. To kya iske bina kam chalega?
Ma'am as per my university TC and conduct certificate are issued together, so do i need to submit any undertaking regarding this?
You can request for provisional TC and Conduct from your BTech college

@@Rks2302 From sppu university , & I confirm with alloted institute they said that no need to submit seperate document for that, we can use the attached certificate as both transfer and conduct.
