I love your system and videos which are very helpful, but I don't know how to start with it.
I am using obsidian and I created a few hundred notes.
How should I move these existing notes into Ideaverse?
How should I add a new people into the peoples or add a new effort and when to remove your example effort?
So I miss something like a step by step guide: for example ALT+N, select this template... updating the map...
