start of the war or even in middle of war, all the accounts Amy bought were superior and hard to kill in team fights, specially the taoists and warriors. now they are all stopped in time, all their taoists and arba's dying from collateral damage only, more than half warriors like apex, andy etc are just suicide machines to dive into a HOF core try to control and die from cross fire. Tz, brolongS and other top hof arba's who were so behind FF accounts are now even with them or even crossed 80% of them. and it's not just for HOF cores but HOF mass too, HOF have alot of peaceful home servers to go back, progress and rest, while FF rely on running from EU to Asia only, both of those regions they were never able to control fully.
