In their defense, It was Friday.

I have a routine for that horse thief encounter. I hogtie the dude and walk him to the nearby waterfall.
Then, I throw him into the water, right near the edge. If you lock onto him as he’s being whisked away by the water, you can “greet” him even tho the option doesn’t show up, leading to Arthur giving him a “you’re fine” as he flies off the cliff, screaming. 😂😂😂
Edit: I’m sure most people already know this, but if your horse is bonded to you at the time the horse thief steals your horse, all you have to do is whistle for your horse and it will buck that bastard off.
