bad tutorial, a simple arm pop is not that hard(matter of fact any muscle pops except neck pop thats a little more advanced), just get into a bodybuilder flexing pose and tense up your muscle.(You dont need to get into any pose if you dont want to, just tense up your muscle like you are trying to show your friend your bicep lol) What you want to focus on is immediately relaxing your muscle after you tense up(don't worry about no tendons that doesn't matter at all and you don't need to clench your fists!), just keep practicing this and eventually you will start to get the snap sensation. pop,Pop, POP, POPPPPPPPPP! (Yeah, it literally feels like your muscles are snapping.)

What the hell you need to say what exercise or or usage case of experience that has strengthened that specific tendon/muscle …sheesh | it’s like asking someone to practice being double jointed.. “cuz if you try hard enough, that broken shoulder will heal and never be the same but if you keep practicing though the pain, this is just the first step and you will thank me afterwards”
