They basically stole his beat, released it without his consent, made money from it, had the audacity to offer him a PORTION of his OWN money from his OWN BEAT, & released his beat anyways despite him clearly saying NO. The industry is dirty 😂😂
And we really got people in the comments right now blaming him bro... 😂
The Industry really predators out here
I mean my boy got paid and got 6 mad salty 😂
Ong!!!! 💯How you gonna call that ego. Pay the man for his music!
Yes but bro took 75% he was the winner in the end so what’s there to complain about
"Pierre Bourne BlackBalled Himself"...by not letting others take advantage of him or his work. An inspiration.
In music sometimes you have to choose your battles and not be so stubborn, just how it works
@@SnackingBadgerBro it’s my stuff?! I’ma be tight if someone stole my stuff without my permission

Bro, have you even watched the video?
Exactly he’s a real one .
Pierre is a clear example of winning every battle but losing the war.
That’s worse
You’re a clear example of not knowing what your talking about and getting your information from someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
Lancey, Ken & Trippe are all still influenced by Pierre’s production.
Trippie fell off. Lancey is still a nobody. Ken wouldn’t be big if he did work with Pierre.
69 is scared to release music cus he knows it will flop.
The Drake mishap didn’t even affect his career. The songs were still pretty big.
Pierre just needs to keep working.
He’s not as big because his music just isn’t that good/doesn’t translate well to the masses. It has little to do with anything in this video.
@prod.lvndo2098 prove me wrong buddy lol it’s glazing if i said the shi with zero context to back it up 💀
you have any proof that bro is struggling? @prod.lvndo2098 😭bro has f you money hence why he's moving like that. HE CAN
@@double0double0all those ppl you named are way bigger than pierre
Imo Pierre was right on most of these. He takes his art seriously and stands on his principles. At the end of the day he’s an ARTIST and a grown man and he’s free to do whatever he wants with his art. He’s not forced to suck up or work with anyone else because they have industry clout.
I hate how music has been gentrified to the point where UA-cam channels like this make it seem like an artist is failing if they don’t do billboard numbers or suck up to other rappers. Why should he be forced to slap an unfinished drake verse on a song he put hard work into just because it’s drake? A lot of you guys need to get off your knees lol
They’re just dickriders and for them they can make content out of pushing this bullshit.
You’re the only one on your knees writing a paragraph about a WASHED artist who had one good album and never lived up to even half of the hype .Keep coping thinking it’s 2018 and this shit is gonna catch on one day ,the numbers are only going to continue the downward trend .
Fr
Well said
No one said he couldn’t do whatever tf he wanted, this video just explained why he’s not as big. Y’all are retarted
The video ending with "It's all pi'erre's fault" after the entire video was about
1. 6ix9ine stealing his beat
2. Drake not finishing his features for songs that blew up anyway
3. Tory Lanez dropping some mid ass remix of a song that was never approved
4. Artists like Lil Yachty and Carti who still use pi'erre's beats after they've had disagreements
is crazy to me. Either way pierre drops consistent bangers and i'll still listen to anything he drops and come see him live when he's in my city
Drake did him real dirty. Seems like everyone just wants their favorite to be glazed constantly with no pushback or else
@@newvision4l314 it's not even like pierre got mad or beefed with him either. he would have put drake on the song if he gave the minimal effort required to finish his verse but pierre was unbothered anyway and just put out a product he was proud of. rap fans these days are too focused on "W or L sales numbers!!!" to understand
Then He Said Trippie Redd Put Him On….Didnt Pierre Come In The Game With Young Nudy Or Am I Trippin
@@DatBoiDeeBee nope you're right about that. most people consider poles 1469 or gummo to be his first "hit" but he and nudy had tons of bangers out already
The one that was 100% wrong on Pierre’s part was not giving his artists more attention. Chavo had honest potential coming off of chavos world 1 & 2 (3 does exist but it’s clearly not as good as the first 2) and really could’ve evolved had he been given more exposure. Sharc is definitely worse than chavo but the beats Pierre made for him were still very good imo.
y’all don’t understand how important yet under appreciated producers are
Almost every rapper today would be jobless without good producers, a good producer can make dogshit takes sound like hard flows and bars with their sheer skill and knowledge.
that simple music the last 10 years has soley been saved by production
Why I self produce all my songs and also release instrumentals. I dont like rappers usually either, they always treat me like Im not human when I try to work with them so I just stopped working with em at all. Missed out on the somewhat unique sound I have today
At this point they’re more important than the rapper
Rappers and producers go hand in hand...without the rappers, they will literally just be Type Beat producers with no buzz, rappers without producers will just be mid. So they both need eachother equally. Especially now that the beat market is so oversaturated
The framing of "Pi'erre wouldn't be anywhere without Carti" is odd. I feel like they needed each other equally at the start
yeah idk why people make it seem like carti was drake level and pierre was nothing pierre was already blowing up in atlanta with nudy and 21 savage
Nah Fr. Just think it’s a DUO, without Pierre almost 80% percent of carti hits are gone
Thanks
It's a Ying and Yang

Honestly this is really just Pierre protecting his art and valuing the music he understands patience, and putting out music you don’t like just because a big name on it is why rap is so saturated now. I respect him for standing on principles and if I’m being honest my favorite Pierre songs is just him on it by himself anyway.

Tbh i think because of how artists and his label fucking him over influenced his mindset of burning bridges. Honestly i get where Pierre is coming from as a producer. The problem with the music industry, you gotta meat ride peoples egos to make it or stay relevant.
Yep and now it exposed how these shady industry people ate
Real, Pierre lowkey real for his intentions but it’s too bad the industry made him this way
You mean every industry. Kissing ass is imperial to moving forward. Not saying it's right. But it's the reality. If you can't put your ego aside enough to 'kiss ass' when it matters. You're doomed.
Na you can tell dude was kinda lame. People don’t like dudes like this me personally I can’t stand em have some humility and be humble
So Pierre can sample but people can’t use his instrumentals? Sounds like entitlement to me.
Pierre was perfectly justified in most of this. You're talking about him like he's some down-on-his-luck dude. I'm pretty sure he's not broke, he's allowed to make artistic choices regarding who he wants to work with.
Fr if Kanye did this shit everyone would just understand his "creative genius"

Not really
@@skinnytimmy1 are you comparing kanye to pierre ?
No it's clowny
People don't know how hard it is for a lot of Producers in the industry to get their just due. it isn't ego. it's wanting your time and creation to be respected and compensated which a lot of Producers complain about in the industry. if Artists can't get your beat they'll have someone else remake it and they put it out and your work is stolen
A lot of Artists get away with stealing beats and not paying for them by having someone else remake them. that isn't fair
honestly, he's making a lot of decisions I could see myself making as well if I was in his shoes lmao.
He clearly values HIS art and morals and stands on them no matter who challenges him. I'd do the same, his personality is very very rare these days, he not finna pretend to be or stand for something he doesn't want. He good in my eyes.

Pierre was 100% justified in his beef with sixnine. He never cleared the beat in the first place and didn’t want to work with him anyways. If you told someone no only for them to do it anyways you’d be upset too. Carti is notoriously fake to a lot of people he has worked with as well but other than that Pierre has been tweakin. The Ken Carson, yachty, and trippie beefs show the side that has held him back. Him not putting drake on two songs was just the choice he made lol. I like poof without drake anyways
i feel he was actin puss wit 69 for no reason, every producer hopes to get a song that go SPECIALLY one as big as gummo at the time with no previous hits, not only that but he had already worked with him on 1469 so what was the issue. People who are quick to sell out clearly don’t understand that 🤯
Sometimes, especially if you make art that you want to appeal to the most people possible, you have to do the things that butter your bread so you can continue making the art you want to make. He wants to work in the pop rap industry, burning those bridges isn’t smart at all.

appreciate the time you took to present this, but ngl this sounds like a big record label paid you to make a smear campaign bro. all i see is a man having respect for his work and standing on that code. albeit my time around the industry hasn’t crossed the 10 year mark yet, i’ve still seen countless artists stealing beats especially from those they consider “friends” because they think the producer will just be ‘fine’ with it. but that’s a shady thing to do. calling them out for it is 100% fine.
Putting together public information and explaining it isn’t a smear piece. The details are out there and accessible, not like this is just hearsay or private info.
factsss
@@princegobi5992 some of the shit he said is incorrect
You can spend 80,000 on jewelry but can't spend that on your music is crazy
Life of Pi’erre 4 is what I listen to almost every day. The way the songs transition into each other is masterful
W Pierre. he stands up for himself and takes his craft seriously.
a lot of this is just speculation and honestly, him choosing his artistic integrity over numbers is dope. you judge like it's only the result in doing numbers that matters, when it's really about his creative license, in which case he's only catching Ws. he only looked bad in that Ken Carson bit, with yatchy and carti it's just speculation cause we don't really know what happened.
dam the pierre era will be missed smh his beats too nice man
Chavo’s world 3 kinda had an old and new Pierre vibe to it
Great video!
Note to all the creators out there, don’t be like Pierre
I’ll put it in a better way:
Don’t do what Pi’erre did and be egotistical and foolish just be a good producer
@@Designrvrt_that’s like saying shutup and dribble.
Pierre stood on his morals and ethics. These artist wouldn’t be shit without their engineeers, producers, and writers. Some are comfortable staying silent and collecting a check while Pierre OBVIOUSLY wants to build his own empire.
Y’all gotta realize not everyone wants to be mainstream, comes with a lot of prices in the industry.
Pierre didn’t start with Trippie. It was Young Nudy who gave him a shot.
Bourne on a boat would be a fire name for yacthy Pierre project
bro life of pierre 4 is revolutionary
Fax one of my fav projects of all time tbh
Facts
His sophmore album was WLR, DL was his debut. ST was a MIXTAPE
Yall Need To Stop Listening To These Middle Class\Rich White Boys Talk About Black Culture
Pierre sounds mad goofy when he talks 💀
i truly dont understand the negative pierre negative... pierre mite be extra sometimes but he jus be making what he want ... not my fav or close but def as a producer
You also forgot to mention that Pierre and Uzi aren’t that close anymore as well, I remember someone asked Pierre not long ago to send Uzi some beats and he responded saying “That nigga don’t want my beats” I don’t think it was a diss but who knows
Pierre a goat in the music industry I feel like he knows what he’s just knows what’s going on in the industry
lmaooo is this why Pierre just recently charged Trippie 120k for a beat
Broooo
Damn pierres the goat, i just saw his mini documentary and then this video, it just shows how many people have tried to exploit him. its kinda funny how when pierree sticks up for him self he is called having an "ego", like yeah that's what the rap and music industry is about. ego is a great thing, obviously if you arent drunk on it. but overall, it just shows that bourne has morals that cant be knocked down by a paycheck.
Whatever we got Pierre and Nudy🤷🏾♂️
As long as he dont fall out with nudy he good if he does tho then thats a wrap 🤣
Everybody shit on producers but get mad when we respond…
“pierre should now how sampling works, and if the beat was put on all streaming platforms, that means it was cleared” i’m not saying it wasn’t cleared, but when 5 minutes prior in the video, he’s talking about how 6ix9ine’s label dropped gummo on DSPs without even clearing it with him, i can see why something like that would piss him off.
Dude charges crazy beat prices he doesn’t even need to blow up. Saw him on tour last year and it was great.
How Pierre got black balls:
He was born with them.
The whole tlop series is something I can bump everyday of every month though. Not every song is a banger but most are or at least are a vibe and I like the content. Not really drugs and guns, just the come up. That's always motivational.
If I want to listen to doublemint I have to start front the beginning of the album lol
An artist reserving the right to their work is not being egotistical, it's literally part of the process of making the art
He just be standing on business 🤷 pretty respectable ngl
I feel like ye would respect Pierre for not letting them take his art
