This is a lot like Vinicius Jr in his early days at Real Madrid. He was an outstanding dribbler but just couldn’t seem to score. He later worked on his finishing and now is one of the best players in the world. Hopefully something like that will happen with Doku.
Jeremy Doku is on another level when it comes to his explosiveness pace and dribbling, but his decision making and final third it’s lacking. Every time I watch him play, Doku produces something magical with the ball at his feet sometimes he’s a bit too predictable does the same move and he needs to improve his finishing. Don’t get me wrong he staffed the season off very well at Manchester City, coming from Ligue 1 he took the premier league by storm and he got a lot of hype that’s died down. His dribbling is so predictable. A little shimmy with his right hips and and goes right. His dribbling is very similar like Willian. He is devastating on the counter and transition but when things get tough i dont think he has all the attributes at least for now to make a difference.
