For a lot of characters, level 90 is one of, if not the most important step. This is true for hp or def scalers, both DPS and supports, as well as characters who deal reaction dmg. For transformative reactions like bloom or swirl, it's the only thing that matters besides em, but it's also a big deal for characters that deal spread or aggregate dmg, and a little more than usual for vape or melt DPS, but not as much. There are some supports, like Bennett, Faruzan or Sara, whose buffs scale on base atk, which you can only increase by leveling the character or weapon, but it's actually a bigger team dps increase to lvl 90 the DPS than the support. Fun vid btw :)

I was saving for Itto, I've been wanting him for a long time but he would always be during after banners of characters that were higher priority or alongside them. Well i ended up using those hard earned and saved primos on Navia, and i really don't regret it (even if it sent me in a new artifact farming hell) I did win my 50/50 tho so thanfully i dont have as much grinding to do to secure Itto a 100% just gotta up they dont pull a Eula with him oof ET BONNE ANNEE, BONNE SANTE ET PLEIN DE BONNES CHOSES EN 2024!
