I like this guy. Using the ruler for his demonstration. I bet his desk is perfect (by ruler standards). I another note, I do appreciate the assistance.
Thankyou so much sir! This helped me a lot! May God keep you successful in your work! You helped a lot of people, I really appreciate your work☺️ it's so neat and all the concepts are clear!! Tomorrow I have my math exam, and this helped me a lot!! Thankyou again sir! Keep it up!!
You’re learning this in 5th grade? That sounds about right I think. I honestly cannot remember what grade I was in when we learned fractions but it might have been 5th. Keep working hard at it because fractions keep coming up even in algebra and all through high school.
Not necessarily. The LCM (Least Common Multiple) is the smallest common MULTIPLE of 2 or more numbers. For example, take 2 and 3. Two goes like 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 blah blah. Now 3 goes like 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 blah blah forever. Now, take a look at both lists. I spy the following numbers in BOTH LISTS: 6, 12, 18, 24. The SMALLEST of those numbers is 6. Therefore, the LCM of 2 and 3 is 6.

I learned it in the 4th grade
So the lcm will always be the denominator on the right?
