I love the theme of Found Family, and the Formans taking in Hyde after his mum abandons him. It just goes to show that family isn't necessarily blood related, but the people whom you choose to have in your life.

one of my parents friends took in their middle daughters friend when she got pregnant in high school after her parents kicked her out. the school did have a program for moms and eventually when she had the baby she was able to get an apartment but before that they didn't have resources so my parents friends were like, stay here. their oldest daughter got pregnant at 16 and the father married her so she left home but this girls parents were extremely religious and the father broke up with her. it was the 80s. i think about her on occasion. the middle daughter graduated high school a year early and moved to a different state and eventually married so she lost touch with her friend but i always wonder if she and her child turned out ok. Those friends really couldn't afford another kid at that point either but they were just that nice. the mom always joked about wanting me to live with them. we were there a lot since they lived about 5 mins away from us lol. Anyway I saw that as a kid and thought, now thats how I want to be. I want to help people rather than make things harder for them.

That 70s show has tackled serious issues with grief, alcoholism, accusation, being laid off from work, pregnancy, depression, apathy, greed, corruption, second chance, power, responsibilities, duty, obligation, tradition, hospitality, breaking up, unloved, accepting losses, relationship, staying home from work, experiencing racism, poverty, abandonment, a death in the family, another breaking up and pep talk.
Well, that's all I can count on for the serious issues and topics.

I loved Kelso stepping up to be there for Brooke, and actually be a good father to Betsy. I hope that either Brooke or Betsy will be mentioned in the spinoff show.

Singing while dealing with grief and death definitely sat with me. Kitty is such a sweetheart, especially when watching she and Eric singing "Bad Blood" in the car. Wonderful moment. ❤️

That episode when Red moms die and watching Red, Kitty, and Eric grieve differently touched me personally because I seen the episode and just lost my grandfather. I loss people before Grand Aunts or Uncles, but it was my first time losing someone super close to me. So I definitely related to that episode

2 great scenes to think about also is in the career day episode when Donna goes to her dads store and she thinks its silly and stupid that hes having clowns and a monkey and dressed like a circus ring master. He tells her he sees her potential to do great things, he sees the clowns and the balloons as her tuition to Harvard, and Grad School and if he has to look like an idiot to provide for her future he will do it. The other great scene is something we've all dealt with is Eric doesnt want to go shopping with his mom and Red forces him to hangout with his mom. He goes to eat with her and a movie and he realizes that his mom just wants to spend time with him and they have a great bonding moment. Then he makes another movie date with her and kisses her on the cheek and she breaks down crying, Red walks in and thinks Eric was being an ass and was going to kick his butt but she just says that he was being wonderful, Red gets happy knowing she is happy. Those 2 moments always get to me.

My favorite is love and lost
    And breaking up and grieving
On love and lost and breaking up
Well growing up I told myself it’s never going to happen and every time when I see a couple I just ignore them
In late 2019 I finally got the courage to ask someone to be my girlfriend
We were together until August 2021 when she had to be with her family
Then 3 years later I see her with somebody else I just had it
I’m mad except I’m still in love with her she not

Related to number 14 on this list, I can easily relate to that one serious situation, like very well. And that is because of what I have thought about, from a while ago. What I thought about from a while ago was, it was something that I have wondered about, and I still do wonder about this sometimes, like every once in a while, and what I wonder to myself is, what would my life have been like, if I would have had a girlfriend from high school, if I would have been more than just friends, with any girl who I knew, from when I was in high school? And if anyone who is going to take the time to read this comment of mine ask me why I didn’t ask, any girl from high school out on a date, it was probably because I was afraid, of what my friends would have thought about me, because what if I would’ve asked at least one girl out on a date, and if she would’ve said no, well, what do you honestly think probably could’ve happened, if my friends, would’ve teased me, as well as make fun of me, all because, I would’ve asked a girl out on a date, and if she would’ve said yes or no? I was also afraid of me losing my friends, because I worked hard, to develop and build a social circle, I was afraid of losing any friend, if I would’ve asked any girl from high school, out on a date. And whether or not, if it would or wouldn’t have worked out, I just didn’t want to risk anything, and risk getting myself teased and talked about, like I was afraid of being made fun of, all because of what I was going through with girls, at least from when I was in high school. And I don’t really know what I’m saying here. But bottom line, I agree with what Eric was going through, with number 14 on this list, because he has wondered what his life would’ve been like, if he and Donna, would have never kissed, sparking the beginning of their relationship, at least before he broke up with her, as I am with Eric on that journey of his. And if anyone out there is reading this comment of mine, if you can relate to me and to Eric, if you are in high school, remember that no one is going to give a shit about what you think at the end of the day, because once you finish high school, and whether or not if you go to college, things will be different for you after high school graduation, depending on the day, the month, and year, that you graduate from high school.
