The sauce is usually made with a combination of chicken broth, tomato sauce or diced tomatoes, and sometimes cream or cheese to add richness and creaminess.     Here's a basic recipe for making chicken spaghetti:
    Ingredients:
    8 ounces spaghetti noodles
    2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (you can use rotisserie chicken or cook chicken breasts and shred them)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
    1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a combination of dried basil, oregano, and thyme)
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a combination)
    Instructions:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
    Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    Stir in the diced tomatoes, condensed cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add the cooked, shredded chicken to the sauce along with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
