I've been debating having my resonator replaced with a muffler and the 2 stock mufflers replaced with just tips and I think the Full Race convinced me.
Great stuff! Keep them coming! So I just got the race version of the MBRP, I use the car mostly for pleasure riding, the overall tone is great, but it is a little too loud for my taste, there is a lot of drowning, inside the cab, and vibrates quite a bit, makes listening to music harder. I really wanted to like this one since is a good deal, but I'm planning on going Borla again, seems they use thicker pipe walls and all the loudness is pushed all the way to the back, the tone is pretty awesome too.
I have an IC sprayer set up, but it uses windshield washer nozzles and mainly sprays straight streams. Water doesn’t drop charge temps, but I may try the straight alcohol to see if that helps!

You’re not losing power to heat soak as much as you think compared to the car pulling timing. When you flash a tune, whether it’s aftermarket or stock, it resets the OAR. This means you’ll be down a few degrees of timing until you drive the car a little and get that OAR up.
@@CazzEdits yep! If you have a Cobb tuner, have one of your parameters show OAR (KOM). I forget if it’s -1 or 1 that’s the best, but if it’s anywhere in between you won’t have full power. You can force it to learn by getting to about 70 in 6th and gently accelerating under around 5 psi of boost. No idea if it’s an auto. Just gently accelerate for 5-8 seconds and it should change.
@@bradleyisfishing -1 is the best. Currently running -84 at idle.
