    The dough that gets cutoff, do you re-use it and throw it back in to be sheeted again or is just waste?

      great question. im guessing it may need to be counted off as waste.

    I reckon I can make them just as fast without the huge cost of the machine and you still have to make the pastry, cook the meat and pay a guy to stand there anyway. Clever machine but im not sure i see the advantage
