Hello Friends,
In this video I have covered all the topics related to enhancement & Exits .You will get some basic ideas about User exits & Customer exits. i.e Menu exits, Function module exits, Screen Exits. I tried to explained enhancement in sap abap with step by step procedure.
User exit in sap :
User exits are empty subroutine that sap developer provided for us we can fill them with our own source code.
Customer exit in sap:
Customer exits are nothing but include in custom namespace will be provided with function module which start with CALL Customer.

Check if your team is using any particular package for custom development in SD module or not.., if yes then you will get all the objects in that package it self
