Kevin Hart is arguably at his funniest in interviews, he is a great improviser and story-teller. Don't get me wrong his stand up is great, but where I think he excels is at interviews, and at press junkets.

Interviews aren't "scripted", the guest are asked ahead if there are any topics that are off limits, and if they want to bring any photos to send them in ahead of time. For other late shows like Corden, Fallon, Kimmel. They inform them of the games they might play that night etc. But to say it is scripted like they both exactly know what they are going to say... Like when he says his suit is a "thug" suit, I laughed hard, and those are the moments I'm talking about, that wasn't scripted and neither was anything else in the interview other than ellen maybe informing him prior that we will be talking about your wedding..
