Debbie Dingell, not Debbie Haley is JUST a blonde. He needed a job after her husband John died, so she got voted in because of her last name. Michiganders, especially Detroiters, vote names that sound familiar like Kilpatrick, Blackwell, Cushingberry, Martha Reeves..... get in front of a mic and sing or say something and you'll get elected.
