The 'I HoPe RyAnS CeNtEr' comments make me so frustrated as it makes it seem like she is under appreciated. Last year she was center for tumbling and stunt for the whole of C4's routine, and on seniors she was center for her own elite stunt sequence (that was basically all focused on her) and had speciality tumble's all over the show showcasing her talent. Every flyer works just as hard as the next, its a privilege to even be able to fly on SE...Yall need to remember that.
And PSA before the "Who is center?" starts: No one is center til the team has a routine, y'all. Before that, you're literally just practicing! I tell my kids no placement is permanent til our choreo camp :)
I can tell this year is gonna be good. They stepped up their tumblings and their double downs are so flawlessly executed I can’t wait what this team is gonna bring this year🤩

Am I the only one who thinks back spots don't get enough credit. Back spots hold the whole stunt up and you never see them get attention unless they messed up

I like totally agree with you though, Ryan already was center last years on C4 and Senior Elite. But for just saying. Courtney or another coach sometimes puts Kenley in center for C4 throughout the routine. But for Senior Elite, she always puts her center. And Ryan is always center for C4 and sometimes Senior Elite too.

i really hope ryan is center this year. she is such an elite flyer and showcases amazing technique and beautiful facials/sass. i also feel that sometime keenly is a little biased when she is flyer just bc of her mom. i really hope its fair and ryan is center with good bases:) no hate! this is just my opinion!
I cheer at CEA we do where mask but when it comes to stunting and rutine wise it’s really hard to breath I am a back spot on GP and Youth elite so I know what it’s like. we have been exposed to COVID at the gym to therefore we have been wearing mask non stop, checking people temperatures and getting hand sanitizer so I assure you we are safe.
Looks like they will max out the score sheet! Only criticism is i wish they would clean at the end of their tumbling i dont know if it is just the video being clipped but a couple of athletes land chest down and arms apart other than that they look fantastic!!
I wish they would’ve kept Abby as a flyer. While I love that she gets to tumble during the elites and does baskets and pyramid, I just absolutely love watching her preform when she’s in the air and you can tell that she really loves this sport.

Ellie Eggleston i’m in the uk too! my gym has gone back to training but all social distancing and no stunting yet :( but lots of gyms i see on insta are rly not taking many precautions and some ppl ik from crimson heat have said they’re stunting with masks atm which isn’t rly allowed yet
they’re not rly meant to be practicing w out social distancing let alone stunting especially now the carolinas are a hotspot for covid atm so they should’ve been cautious and maybe started practicing 1m away from each other and definitely stopped stunting until the wave is over.
and this just proves how much harder cheerleaders work compared to gymnasts. I think a lot of cheerleaders know that There has been a weird rivalry with the cheerleaders and gymnast and this just proves that like cheerleading is so hard & when they throw a 100 pound girl in the air are while doing a double full like that’s crazy.
Ryan has a really pretty double down I just feel as if she sometimes forgets to point her toes and have her feet together but i can only imagine how hard it is to do all that so I give the flyers props!
The fact that the flyers such as ally,McKenna,And Ryan’s last year will be the 21-22 season unless they decide to super senior but it will be a sad day for me. And then kenley along with other flyers will be gone too
*I see a lot of people here, so I’m giving out info about me, please tell me your advice!* I’m 11 years old and I haven’t done cheerleading in my life, I can’t do a star jump, not even a cartwheel. my mom also said that cheerleading is too expensive, so I’m trying to find a cheapish gym. how can I become flexible and are there any recommended gyms in Texas? Ty for you guys help
start watching youtube videos and follow stretching routines to eventually get more flexible. you can also find tutorials on youtube. when i started years ago in elementary school, i just used to watch a bunch of videos and it really does help in the long run :)!
dioneexox i’m sure the prices for lessons aren’t too expensive but if you wanted to do all-star competitive , then of course it’s gonna be pretty expensive. but yeah start of simple by watching youtube videos and you will learn a lot from them
