Is a low whistle not capable of going above high A cleanly? Or is it just not needed for most music

Not usually needed for the music unless you like heights.

Play faster with low whistle is very difficult, tin whistle is easier😢, my low whistle is PVC 87€

This tutorial would have been so much better if it wasn't in a echoing place , it makes your speech difficult to hear.
