Hello guys this video gives an overview how will your Simple 4x5m (20sqm) loft house will look like in the process of building a Small house. This small space house of 4x5m (20sqm) house plan will fit 1 Bedroom, 1 Toilet and Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area.

Sir, 4x4 loft duplex naman with entrance and exit doors.
Galing ser. Impressive ang mga designs nyo talaga.
Baka pwede makarequest ng similar design ser, pero ang floor area is 3m x 7.5m at meron sana 1 room sa ibaba.

Pwede ka po ba gumawa ng gantong size ganto kaliit na house same size up and down din tpos have 2 bedrooms isa sa baba and isa sa taas that would be great tlga npaka ganda nun :D

Yes sir. Pero sayang kaya space sa baba. Kaya nilakihan ko nalang bintana sa taas. Pwedeng pwede lagyan ng steel na hagdan.:)
Pero tama ka sir. Naiilang rin ako magdesign ng wala rear door. Hahaha kaya karamihan sa mga videos ko. Merong rear door near sa kusina:)
Ung loft room po ba buhos or slab ang pag kakagawa sa sahig?
paano ang iskema ng isang 1 palapag na bahay na may 3 silid tulugan, na ang bawat isa ay may banyo? Laki ng lupa 9 metro X 12 metro.

Rough Finished 500k sir. Pakita nyu po ito sa kukunin nyung Architect sir. Pwede papo kase babaan ang presyo nyan depende sa budget:)

Pwede naman po kayu gumawa ng plano sir. Tapos ipakita nyu sa kanya. Magaadvice at magaadvice ang mga architect kung ano ang mas maganda.:) Yung archi. Fee po sir depende sa architect.
