We all have mental health, whether good, bad or somewhere in between. In the UK 1/4 people will experience a mental health problem in their life time, and we believe it is something important to talk about, not just this week, but every week.

If you are concerned for your safety due to psychological distress, call 999 or visit your local A&E.
