    ✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    Ingredients for Laddoo-
    * Gram Flour (बेसन) - 250 Gram
    * Crashed Sugar (पिसी हुई चीनी) - 150 Gm
    * Ghee (घी) - 125 gm
    * Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) - Some
    * Pistachio (पिस्ता) - Some
    * Water (पानी) - Some
    Ingredients For Basanti Pulav-
    * Cashew ( काजू) - Some
    * Coconut (नारियल) - Some
    * Raisins (किशमिश) - Some
    * Rock Candy (मिश्री) - Some
    * Ghee (घी) - 125 gm
    * Bay leaf (तेजपत्ता)- 1 Nos.
    * Fennel Seeds (सौंफ) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Cloves (लौंग) - 2 Nos.
    * Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 4-6 Nos.
    * Cardamom (इलायची) - 1 Nos.
    * Soaked Rice (भीगे चावल) - 1 Bowl
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Bowl
    * Water (पानी) - As Required
    * Kesar Milk (केसर दूध) - Some
    * Food Color ( खाने का रंग) - Some If Required
    Ingredients for Jalebi-
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Cup
    * Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup
    * Cardamom (इलायची) - 1-2 Nos.
    * Refined Wheat Flour (मैदा) - 1 Cup
    * Curd (दही) - 1/4 Cup
    * Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    * Ghee (घी) - As Required
    * Orange Food Color (नारंगी रंग) - Some
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐨, in a pan, put Ghee & roast the Gram Flour in it on slow flame. Put some water in it when the Gram Flour is roasted. Take it out on a plate then put Cardamom Powder in it. Add Sugar Powder (Sugar Boora) in it gradually & mix them. Bind the Laddoos & garnish the Halwai Style Besan Laddoo with Dry Fruits.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐯, Soak Rice for 30 mins. In a cooker add Ghee, Bay Leaf, Fennel Seeds, Star Anise, Cloves, Black Pepper, and Cardamom. Saute well then turn off the flame. After that add soaked Rice and turn on the flame. Stir well, add some Water, Salt, and Nutmeg Powder.
    Let it be cooked for 2 minutes and then add Sugar, Saffron, Lukewarm Milk, Food Colour, Raisins, fried Cashew Nuts, Coconut Slices, and Rock Sugar. Mix well, cover with a lid, and give it a whistle. Release the pressure, open the Cooker, and the Basanti Pulav (Sweet Rice) will be ready to serve.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, in a pan, add Sugar, Water, Cardamom, and Saffron. Cook until it becomes sticky then turn off the flame.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐢, in a bowl add All-Purpose Flour, Curd, Baking Powder, and Food Colour. Mix and make a fine paste. Pour hot Ghee in the batter & mix it well. Take a cone & put the mixture in it. Heat Ghee and make Jalebi on a slow flame. After 1 min turn the Jalebi & turn the flame high. Take out the Jalbei and put in the Sugar Syrup for 1 minute. Then take out the Jalebi on a plate and Enjoy.
