Great video - loved all the detail. I am finding myself staying away from synthetic fibers and am surprised by how much of Sezane's clothing is synthetic! Although that does help me not spend quite as much haha.
I agree. Sezane have a beautiful aesthetic but the quality of materials does not measure up to the price in many cases. I’m biased because I hate polyester and they use so so much of it and glad they still use some natural fibres such as merino, cotton, silk. They seem to be producing more of their merino items like the sorena skirt in China now I just noticed from website ?? Previously I think all their merino and cotton items were produced in Europe…
They do use a bit of polyester, definitely more than they did back in the day, but I still think they use way way less than most other brands! They have so much to choose from that isn’t poly, too. I generally avoid it also, unless it is there for a reason (like in the pleated skirt). ☺️

I love thé tabata skirt but it isn’t lined 😢 if it’s not lined it isn’t really better than the $30 H&M floral skirts that have the same cut 😮

I have the Solena skirt in ecru and I find it easier to pair with brown tights instead of black. Throw on a lighter top and a pair of darker shoes and that’s how I’d style mine!

Great video, thanks! I got interested when you said that the Henria cardigan doesn’t itch for you. I have always the issue with sezane that that material combination is itchy, but once you have tried so many sezane items, do you think this cardigan is for some reason less itchy than the others? Maybe my hope is not lost with finding a not itchy sweater from them.. thanks ☺️
I’m not sure, it might be because kid mohair is less itchy than regular mohair! I believe that’s the case ☺️
@katie_louise what didnt you like about the naelle? Did u say you sized up for it in large?
Large is my usual size in the skirts that have letter sizing! I did really like the Naelle but I am quite strict with what I keep, and didn’t find myself reaching for it as much. I think it emphasised the width of my hips a bit, but that’s just personal preference 😊
I want the Sorena skirt in more colors for sure, I’m not interested in ecru or navy… so… we shall see! 🤷🏻♀️

Thank you, Katie, for the excellent review. I'm interested in the Eloane skirt, but not sure about the sizing as it lacks any kind of stretch, which often is a problem for us, girls with hips... May I ask what is the thickness of the tights you're wearing?
Yeah I tend to avoid anything that doesn’t have stretch and is quite a stiff fabric 😢 ooh I’m not 100% sure, I think they are around 60 dernier!

If yoy wear black tights with the Adda skirt, then it would look better balanced out with a black top. Otherwise wear lighter or invisible tights. There are too many colours in my opinion. 😊
