Have always prune Candytuft tight to maintain a small size and not to have the blooms flop over. There is one against the corner that I am considering to have trailing over the wall. Cutting just below the bloom hoping it will be "leggier". Will find out later in the year or next season.

Did they end up spreading more by doing this and trailing over your wall?

Not really. They grew taller than the wall but the stems are not soft enough to trail over it. It was looking messy standing tall and not draping over the wall. I ended up trimming back to a regular shape like others I have.

Thanks for your question. I think I should do a follow up video.
