I'm Russian decent. Our culinary world is so miserable 😂😂 Some dishes are actually nice but they are very much peasant food. Borscht for instance can actually be delicious. But that's so typical Russian 😂 its flashy & trendy to serve cold soups maybe 😂 but they are in a cold country & it's beetroot... it's like Russians struggle to understand joy- just make some tasty, pretty food & be friendly- great dinner party...
I HATE beet roots.. hated it as a child and hate now as an adult.. the only time I am forced to eat it is when my mom cooks it.. I hate everything about it.. the texture, the taste, the flavor, the fact it stains everything .. I have to eat it with some rice, meat and beans just to keep from tasting the beet root.. and this lady turned it into liquid 😫.. I gagged a little
