Everything was fine.
But while driving down slope to enter the basement the car should be in first gear and the clutch should be released instead of being shifted to neutral.
This saves fuel.

Bhai don't even put your left leg substantially on clutch when not in use. Clutch plate wears out fast and burns. Keep off your legs completely from clutch when not in use.

Bhai mall me group se main road pe nikalte samye car hold karke fir vapas lete Samy reverse aati hai toh kese nikalu aur second hai ki mall ke parking me jo road bahut chhote hote hai to mujhe har bar revers leke turn karna padta hai direct first time me hi turn kese Karu....

Whenever I come across a signal , I hit the clutch and brake together but still the car stops. Any idea how this can be resolved ?

U maybe on second gear when you leave the clutch

Never hit clutch first.. First brake it down & instantly press the clutch & now shift the gear downward if your below 18kmph try to shift to first. If you would press Clutch first you would feel as if you're loosing control of the vechile. Also keep the feet on clutch move in traffic in half clutch you will never make your car go off
