The purpose of Yin yoga is to restore our innate ability to move with fluidity, power, and grace. Yin yoga is rooted in the Taoist tradition of Qigong , alchemy, and the five energetic elements used in acupuncture.
Master Paulie Zink received intensive private training for ten years as the sole protege of Chinese Taoist yoga and Kung fu Master Cho Chat Ling. As a three time international martial arts grand-champion, Paulie is renowned for his fluidity, flexibility and artistry of motion.
Paulie studied Taoist alchemy theory and observed animals on his own initiative independent of his master’s teachings. Paulie developed alchemy and numerous yoga postures, variations of postures, movements, and meditations and created his own style he calls the Art of Yin yoga. What is now commonly taught as Yin yoga is a fraction and beginner level of Paulie Zink’s real art.
Through his many years of practice and study Paulie continues to evolve his unique style of yoga that is rooted in the ancient Taoist tradition he learned. Learned about Zink from a 50year martial artist: 8th jiu jitsu, 8th karate etc... He competed in those same competitions as Zink. He told me that when Zink showed up hopefully you hadn’t paid the entry fee because now you’re going to lose.

Hello Craig : nice seeing you again after all these years. You still look good. Craig was the guy appointed to teach beginners like me while Paulie supervised.. those were amazing nights in the garage. I highly recommend training with Craig as well as Paulie , it goes without saying

More please!!! I am a huge Paulie fan. I crave content with Paulie. I can’t afford to travel and study from him but I love his dvds. He is the original Ido Portal. I wish that someone would make a quality documentary on Master Zink. The world would benefit like crazy.
