You always inspire! So fun seeing things we've made in past videos and going "OH! I remember when we did that!" So many fun times - and each piece is a reminder of those fun days! Doesn't that double the fun?? Fun the first time = making stuff! Fun the second time = adding stuff we made to a journal!
I just love this journal. I think it is your best - it's beautiful, it's practical, and creative in a rustic-vintage-antique way! Oh the exact translation to the German music page is "Above we shall be united", but the American song is "we shall meet by and by".

You have such a great eye for design, Pam. The white cover opening up into butterflies makes me think of winter transitioning into springtime. I would love to own one of your books one day, but I also think it would be selfish of me because I don't really get the same thrill out of writing in journals that I do out of creating them. I don't think I've ever kept a diary/journal going longer than a week. 😆

Hey Pam & fellow Outposters! Pam, as always you got my creativity flowing this weekend… I felt a rut coming at Day6 of #100DayProject and I was at a loss! Watching this episode got me back in the groove tho! I’m going to mass make a few of these things - particularly the CREATE end page pocket, the large inspire card design, the “Ruffly-Poo” (😂) for the page edge, and also the little two image card with the sewing paper base. Thank you sooo much! As always one of by go to pages when my brain is on dot dot dot 😂❤

I like the way you make your journals, I personally like having the decorations with a little space to write or glue a quote on it …sometimes on the the back of my pockets I glue on….I’ll write a personal note on back for my eyes only and then cover it. You are an inspiration and a wonderful encouragement for me and many many others. ❤

Hi Pam and Sunny! I just gave my journal to my niece last month as a surprise about her trip to Egypt with her dad. She and he both said that it was the most beautiful th8ng they've ever seen and so very thoughtful! I am proud of myself! Thanks for all your tutorials!!!!!!
Okay. I’m almost halfway into the video and I have to make a comment before I watch more. Thank you for defining “journal”. That’s been a hang up for me bc I like words and fill pages of loose leaf journals easily with writing. Now I get it. The journal is the art, the journey. So many videos I watch are people who make and sell journals, which is a different process than someone who might take a slower journey in a journal. Me. Maybe.
Plus, the other day someone commented about this journal cover … better defining for me that craft with reckless abandon. Aha! I got that as well. Sometimes little breakthroughs are the toughest especially when the rules have always been so there and enforced. Right? 😮
I remember the painted white cover you did not long ago … blew me away when you finished the cover. And always how things come together, even when least expected. The “create” went so well on the back inside cover. Who knew? You did. Thanks again. ❤

I have a formula but really can't explain well...but number of pages divided by number of pockets tags bellybands, etc, so that each page has a rotating set of ephemera.
Are you having problems finding Scotch Create glue sticks if not can you point me in the correct direction? I bought it for years from Amazon but no longer can find it
