@Nika Krajačić I hope that's not true. Obviously, I don't know anything about you but here are my two cents: any negative emotions we feel either come from things which are in our control and things which aren't. So if you think you're feeling bad because of things outside of your control, you should stop caring about those things anyway since caring won't do anything. Doing this isn't easy as it sounds and that's what 'Stoicism' is about.
If you experience negative emotions from things that ARE in your control, then they are just feedbacks from your body/mind telling you that you are doing something wrong and that something needs to be resolved. This is an opportunity for growth.
