The first video is her flash kept going off. You know how some people have the stting on their phone that when they get a text their flash goes off? I'm pretty sure that's what was going on.
Ur clearly wrong. For one no cuz it isn’t flashing. And ur flash doesn’t go off (wasn’t even flashing anyways) unless ur phone is off. She is clearly taking a vid. What type of shit r u taking bruh. So at 7:58 that was the 1996 ALCS game 2, and the Yankees were down 1-0 in the series against the Orioles, and needed a run to tie the game, so Jeter hit a fly ball that looked like was going to be caught by Tony Torasco, but then the fan whose name is Jeffrey Maier, reached over the stands to catch the ball. The ump ruled it a homerun, while Torasco was arguing with him. The replay showed Maier clearly interfering but they never overturned it. Yankees went on to win the game, and this series, and then the World Series.

That's the point, though. It's not in the stands. They are reaching over.

Fans are allowed to catch pop ups and fly balls in the stands,but it is fan interference if they reached into the field of play, over the fence or wall. On ground balls, it is okay to catch foul balls but not fair balls. If the ball is fair and a fan touches the ball it usually a two free bases for the batter and base runners because of the fan interference.
If you are criticizing a player or umpire loudly in the stands, it is usually okay if you do so with a clean tonged. But the moment you start using a nasty language, or using racists remarks, umpires can and will kick you out of the park.
Baseballs bought at a store are worth around $10. Baseballs documented with a MLB stamp are worth more, and those documented from a game are worth $50. And if the ball marks a significant event in the batters career, and can be documented, can be worth over $100,000. Getting the ball documented after reaching the stands is difficult because a shady fan could easily switch the ball with another. So it is usually best to accept the autographed shirt, glove, bat, from the player for that special ball.
