FINALLY another Goomba Revolution video. I was beginning to think this lore was dead and forgotten. I know things like this take time to animate, but it's been over a year since the last episode. Glad to see even a small teaser of what's to come.
I think what I love about Level Up, is that he's well, a Good Mario Sprite animator. What I mean is that he doesn't just put Mario sprites into Swearing Contests or Modern Family Guy level stuff, then call it "Comedy". He also doesn't milk off humour series until it has run dry and nobody's watching his content anymore. He actually tries to give us some witty jokes and wild adventures with Mario characters without giving them a single Potty Mouth. His videos don't complain about how stupid the logic is in video games. It embraces how stupid it is into funny ways.
1:06 that was hilarious that one of the goomba’s celebrated so soon and died and then the others are like “we tried to convince him that he would celebrated so soon!”
I kinda wish they would add levels like this into the Mario games. It’s so cool seeing Mario venture out of his comfort zone and try levels like this. Also, love your videos!!! 🙂
I love how the goomba's had little things even after mario died like one slipping into the lava or them arguing about who got mario. Another detail is how the feet part are constantly moving even when mario is inside. Also, did anybody notice the blue goomba on the outside here: 2:55
Part 2 of the Goomba Revolution is coming up soon. And this time, they're taking on Donkey Kong. Also, I don't know how you do it, but you somehow make Goombas adorable. Well, when they're trying to kill you anyway.
This goomba revolution series is pretty amazing and I'm always getting that feeling that it's gonna be luigi who stops the golden goomba because he's basically becomes god when he's standing there *Menacingly* (i had too)
By this far, I must say: This is your best Maze-video. It is very creative, has a good feeling, not that weird dynamic irritating shaking-style, and I was surprised to see Mario lose here oo Also the Goombas having such personalities is very nice to see. Also it is a very nice teaser for Goomba Revolution pt. 2! Just one critic at the teaser... Maybe I am wrong, but for me it is obvious that the next world is Donkey Kong. Problem is... that means Donkey Kong is not part of Marios World. While Donkey Kong was Marios very first enemy. It's a bit paradox to say he has his own world, while actually being part of Marios World. (But I am excited to see what you do with this :) Maybe I am wrong, it's just a teaser.)

I have never, ever seen a game over screen in Level UP's recent videos. Mario has always survived with low lives left, but this time, he didn't.
