Could Saber Alter be #1 Support in Anime Vanguards? Or this is all BS?
This is just a theory video, all pure speculation. But her passive seems very convincing.

Important Note: Saber Alter's passive does not buff ally SPA but rather debuff ally SPA unless you are Sakura (her master). Also from the looks of the 50% dmg bonus, every enemy and ally in the corruption give 1% dmg increase so its best to have Sakura (Since she doesn't get debuffed) and Haruka rin (since she doesn't attack) standing near her. Everything else will most likely be enemies to tally up to the 50% dmg increase.

The passive says that all allies lose 15% spa so they do kinda get buffed (unless they made a mistake and it's +15% spa)
Was it confirmed by a dev that it debuffs spa?

There is another Slow unit you didn't mention; Gogeta Full AOE 10% chance to not attack but instead slow (Around 3 seconds long)

Alucard is still a balanced unit (even without needing to buff he is meta). in fact, it's still pretty good in the current meta
