    Thank you very much. I am very interested in okinawan karate but in my land there are only japanese karate dojos for sports karate and I much prefer self defense real karate.

    • @continuousfist
      @continuousfist  2 місяці тому

      Yes there is a difference with Japanese and Okinawan karate. However, once you go higher in your training, I feel as though you can benefit from either one. The katas is almost the same. The flow of kata performance is different.

    What is the reason behind "open up the foot and then step?" please?

    • @continuousfist
      @continuousfist  3 місяці тому +1

      @wisemanbernard3549 for beginners, without opening up and then step, new student tend to wobble. This is only for beginners or beginning to get used to it. The body or legs will adjust without realizing it once you get used to this motion

    What's your idea about kyokushin?

    • @continuousfist
      @continuousfist  3 місяці тому

      I have many friends who studied Kyokushin. It is a beautiful art and intense training. These practitioners are amazing at how they train. However, the training is not for me due to a personal preference. I will make a video to compare all the Okinawans and Japanese karate so that you can understanding my reasoning why Shorin Ryu fits me most.

    Hi sir, i want to go for cubital tunnel surgery and im 21 years old but i don't know this is the best option or not and i want to know what is your filling and symptoms now, after about one year. Thanks

    • @continuousfist
      @continuousfist  3 місяці тому

      Hello, I can share my experience that the surgery was worth it. I was feeling numbness and losing muscles on the hand pretty quickly so there was no other option, but surgery. The hand now, after 1 year, is much better, but not 100% healed. I would say 90% recovered. Make your best decision by asking your doctor the pros and cons of the surgery. Best of luck to you!

    Hello sir!
    Can I maybe join in the online classes, if you have one? I will greatly appreciate it! And I know a combo from dragon style, a little bit of crane and dragon technique. I’m trying to learn more of kung fu. So can you help me with my journey? And I’m 12 and knows a little bit of kung fu. I don’t have an outfit and I didn’t take kung fu lessons. But online video lessons I watch like this one. Can you maybe help me?
    Thanks for seeing this!
