The PLDT Home Prepaid Wifi Sim does not have the capability to register on any other promo except Famload and does not have the option to send outgoing text unlike regular postpaid or prepaid sim cards. Hi Calcifer. I just saw your message now. I'm not so sure about other products of PLDT having allnet text. As far as PLDT Home Prepaid Wifi is concerned, which is the one I have and I've done all my research, it does not have allnet text feature as its sim is only for browsing the internet when you have a Famload. It has the capability of receiving text from PLDT only via SMS inbox upon accessing the admin site. I suggest that you contact PLDT at 171 pertaining to your question.

Yeah, I also felt that way. At times, they don't seem to know how to respond when you have an issue. I have not encountered this issue so far of not getting SMS in my PLDT Home Prepaid Wifi inbox. If I may suggest that you perform basic browser troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and cookies or better try other browsers like Mozilla Firefox. Please also initiate actions that will trigger PLDT to send a message to the SMS inbox.☺ Let me know what happens.☺
