Bro I train muaythai everyday - shall I give u advice- don't do useless isolation exercises except triceps biceps and lateral raise , rest of other weights do from compound lifts, for endurance do hiit cardio for 20-30 mins , you can go 8-10 rounds boxing , I know it's hard but have to do it anyway ❤
