Can you verify that they are charged and paired? I always start by verifying the LED light on the mic, then I will open Voice memos on my iPhone, and tap on the mic to check that they are in fact powered on, connected, and recording. Hope that helps

Yes, it works with iPhone, simply connect the 3.5mm end to the lightning to 3.5mm adapter 👍🏽
