Kesduja it is because of the introduction I have given..... You can skip the video to 9:27
Kesduja its the fastest way
yes it's fastest way
Oh my God!!! The trick with the calculator was sooo helpful, I can't thank you enough!!
This helps a lot. Thank you so much. Loved the video. Very easily explained.
Very well presented. You’ve got lovely neat writing thanks 👍🏾
OMG what a cool method!!! Dude that was epic!!! Thanks alot!!!
Hey bro it is amazing 😉 thank you!!!! It saves me a lot of time
Thank you .this helped me a lot.keep up the good work.
My exam was near at home and I was finding how I could solve this fraction conversion calculator. You have saved me a lot of time for my mcqs. Thanks a lot, it was hugely beneficial for me.
How did you figure it out that you have to multiply and divide by 2^6? @10:27 Is it going to be same for other math problems?
That is the precision level. The author chose to have a precision of 6 (it is usually a good approximation and is kind of standard) i.e., 6 fractional digits hence 2^6. You can choose any value from starting from 1. If you need a precision of n fractional digits (or bits) you can multiply and divide by 2^n.
@@sreekanth23989 Hello, I am kind of confused why its 2^6 here and not 10^6. Wasnt it supposed to be the base of the entire value which was in decimal? Or do I have to take the base of the result I need? Like binary in this case.
@@zhongli6546 it's because we want the answer in base 2 so we multiply and divide by 2^n, n is for precision
@@atoonslife could u please tell me the other precision numbers for octal, hexa decimals
Thanks bro, I was having the same problem with the conversion of decimal numbers less than 0 in my calc, And I was seeing this video 2hrs b4 my exams😅.
Splendid and awesome Big thanks for your effort
Thanks bro your video helped me alot
Very usefull method, keep it up
Explanation was excellent. But increase the volume of your tone. By the way a very good explanation. Tq❤️
Helped a lot!!
but I was about to ignore the video coz it was a long video
but the final content was helpful
Wow, the classic way is so much easier..
Thumbs up for the effort tho, thanks!
Great video. I have just one question. Why did you raise the base to to the power of six? The fractional part of 72.43 has only two decimal places. Could you have raised it to 2^2 instead of 2^6 ?
Depends on accuracy you need in binary fraction part. Raising by 2 will give less accuracy where as raising by 6 gives more accurate result.
Thanks. @@adithyatg9229
How can i convert decimal fractions?? Say i try to convert 12.45(base 10) to octal(base 8). My sharp calculator returns the value of 14, and the fraction is truncated. Why does this happen?
Multiply and divide 12.45 by 8^2. Only perform multiplication in numerator which gives 12.45*64 which is 796. Convert 796 to octal using calculator. Which Gives 1434. Now remember you had kept denomination 8^2 as it is, now that numerator is in octal system, division by 8^2 is shifting decimal point by 2 places to left. Which gives final answer 14.34 (approx) in octal.
excellent 👌
love form Bangladesh 🇧🇩
How should I know what power should use over 2?
Depends on the number of fractional places you need. If you need upto 3 digits in fractional part (for Ex : 1010.101) then use power 3. And so on.
Bro you deserve a noble prize
Hi bro,is there any method in culculator convert binary to all ,oct to all ,hexa dec to all .plz if u know than make another video or any link or video .plz make me sure ,i am waiting..plz
Super-duper, thanks a ton, bro!
Wow awesome method bro..

You have saved my life TT thank you thank you thank youuuuu T~T
Thank you so much bruh.. u helped me alot by this video.
Pls tell me how to convert octal to binary .
It really helps me 🎊🎉🥇.(from Bangladesh)
Sir,,,How to convert any base to any base like ( )4=( )9. On calculator????
Multiply and divide by 9 powers. Numerator you need to convert that 9 power to base 4. For example 9^2 is 81 , convert 81 to base 4. Then multiply numerator with this number in base 4 mode only(important). Then convert the resultant base 4 number to base 9. Then shift the numerator with desired places based on power is 9 you choose.
sir how we come to know in fractional part which number we multiply and dived like u do in 1 and 2 question 2^6 and in hexa 16^2 why?.....please ans me who know
It's based on the number of digits in the fraction part you need ( accuracy). If you need 3 digits in fractional part for Ex . 1011.101 then Use power 3.
great video bro, really helpful, keep up the work (Y) =)
thanks a lot. It was really helpful.
Nice explanation 👍
Bro how did u multiply n divide by 2*6/2*6 I didn't get that step
In mobile scientific calculator, it's very easy to convert decimal point calculation.
Thanks😃
how can I set my calculator to default.
Thanks a lot, Wishes from Bangladesh...
Awesome
Thanks
Thank you so much..it helped me save a lot of time
if the number 0.5655 how can i change it into binary with calculator too
Same technique multiply 0.5655 by 2^6 and divide by 2^6 and proceed as shown in video.
Genius bro u r the best❤️
Thanks alot man
Thank you
Thank you so much
how to convert hexadecimal to octal using this method ex: (306.D4)16 to ( )8
Multiply and divide by 16^2
Numerator will be 306D4
Write denominator as 16^2 = 8^2 X 4
Convert 306D4 to octal = 603324
Perform 603324÷4 in octal mode( 4 was in denominator)
Ans will be 140665
Finally shift Dec point towards left by 2 places ( becoz of 8^2 in denominator)
Final answer is 1406.65
What about number 16^2 we first need to multiply it right ?,
Just what I was looking for
well thought of
thank you so much
Thank you 🤝
how do you convert octal to hexa? I tried but iam getting wrong answers.
for systems other then decimal number systems you can't convert directly. for example lets take (1406.65) in octal
first multiply and divide by 8^3 you will get 1406650 in numerator
convert numerator to octal... you will get 60DA8 in numerator
write 8^3 in denominator as 16^2 x 2
now divide 60DA8 by 2(which is in denominator) you will get 306D4
as there is 16^2 in denominator shift numerator point by 2 places towards left
final answer is (306.D4) in Hex
you can check this in one of the comments its the same thing.
Man! Thank you very much, i have my exams tomorrow and you saved me
How do u know with what to multiply.. Here u multiplied by 8^3..how do u get to know this. Plz help
@@adithyatg9229 after multiplying and dividing it to 8^3, it still comes back to 1406.65
@@dchrislerj consider only numerator..... Multiply in numerator only.... 8^3 in the Denominator is used to shift the decimal point

IN MY OPINION YOU ARE RIGHT BECAUSE WHEN WE DIVIDE SUCCESSIVELY BY 2, I GET THE SAME RESULT101000. BUT WHEN I USE THE PUISSANCE OF 2 I GET 1001000, what is really THE PROBLEM

who r facing sound problem like me..?
Md Ashikur Rahman sorry the video was recorded on mobile..... So audio is not that great... Headphones recommended😅
@12.36 of video.. the numbers from conventional method and calculator are not same.. please verify..
Nitesh Dambale yes in the integral part calculation on the left it must be (1001000)... thank you for pointing it out
Should it be 2^7?? BCoz, The binary value of 72 is 1001000, there're 7 digits in the left of decimal Point. Is it right or wrong?
in (2^n) the value of n indicates the digits required on right of the decimal point. if you choose 2^7 you get precision of 7 digits to the right of decimal point.
Why you negated the decimals at 11:13?
👏
Can we 2^7/2^8.... In place of 2^6
Yes any power based on precision you need
Why the conversation from binary to decimal is different from others. It should have been multiplied by 10, but you did it with 2 .why?
It's because the numerator now is in base 2. Hence by multiplying with 2 powers we can directly eliminate fraction part in numerator.
Thanks a lot brooooo ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank youuu❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bro in fractional part At what extend to multiply by 2

Can't understand how to put point in the calculator
In other modes you can't use decimal point... That is why this method is used
I don't find the logic but brothers and sisters it's wotking
this is not gonna work for the conversion of octal to decimal
Why?
I yelled out yay! near the end when I was this close to pressing the dislike button. It really is a good fast way. Thanks!
In decimal--hexadecimal
Why you multiply 16power2
I can't understand......
2 power 6???-_-
If you want to convert to hex then it's 16 power..... To binary then it's 2 power
@@adithyatg9229 ooo.OK Thanks...
@@adithyatg9229 But why 6? i.e. 2^6 why not 2^8 or a different number?
