I'm starting my senior year at the University of Hawaii Manoa this fall, and boy, job hunting for when I graduate is Fun!™ I'm applying to about a dozen or so different jobs at musical instrument stores, as well as video game companies at which I would write music. Any advice?

Boomer, I hope you don't hear this as rude but I don't have a college degree but I live in Japan on a spouse visa and I have N2 but I'm having a hard time finding a non teaching job. Do you have a 4 year degree?

Yeah man it’s been rough, I lost my English teaching job due to the pandemic and have been working at Uniqlo in customer service so technically it’s non English speaking but making 1050 an hour so it’s not good lol. Without the JLPT English teaching is the easiest way to find a job in Japan without the JLPT. I have seen jobs teaching for French, but I don't know if they will sponsor visas or what they pay hourly. There are also a lot less of French teaching jobs compared to English Teaching Jobs.
@@boomlore73 because I ca' talk Japanese but I failed Jlpt n3 many times. So my dream is to live in Japan. I had already took interview in Japan but it's very difficult. My experience with was suffering but I like too much but I never give up.
And sorry man but American people in general are lucky man unlike europe because english is the first language in the world and Asia people are fascinating by English right? For example, I have a navy-blue double-breasted suit.. Is it fine to wear it for any interview in Japan? I really need to know it. Thank you very much in advance.
I would say that the double breasted suit might be a bit much for the interview. A blue suit is fine, but if you have a single breasted jacket that matches the pants that would be best.

Do you have any videos on moving to Japan for the first time and how to do it by teaching English?
I didn't do it that way so I don't have any experience or know how to. There are other videos by people who have moved to Japan by teaching English so I would check those out instead.

Most English speaking, non-teaching jobs are going to be Programming/IT related. Or if you are a lawyer.
