  • Unless you've worked there or have been there for a meeting or perhaps a military ceremony, you may not know what lies inside the massive USAA campus on Fredericksburg Road.

    Hey Usaa what’s going on inside ? Leadership is crumbling and employees are taking the brunt of it while manager with no managing experience are leading Teams into oblivion.

      Amen. What it is is they hire former officers to be managers and they try to treat employees like their cadets.

      Mandatory freaking overtime. They don't allow employees that work their stupid phones to have a life. Sickening, abusive company

    You oughta do a story about how they treat their employees now. Let me help you: Back to back calls, micromanaged to death, little to no chance of moving up, benefits cut, bonuses reduced...........

      Bank employee here, and I can confirm. What a sad place this company has become. I remember when people were jealous that others worked here. Now that is not the case. If you are not employed here, consider it a blessing.

      @@discobiscuits2100 Yep, when I worked there bonuses could be upto 20%, you got money to buy exercise equipment, there was a pension, you got something called retirement plus.... Now the max bonus is 10%, the money for the EE is gone, they ended both the pension and retirement plus. They told you if you took insurance courses you could move up in the company - bold faced LIE. After over 17 years and never getting off the phones, I was on the verge of losing my remaining sanity. I quit for a job that I took a slight pay cut at but it was the best decision OF MY LIFE.

      Because they are. No matter what you do or how good of a job you do, managers will find fault in your work. That means you Cathy Floyd you f*t b***h.

    It's funny, I watched this video when I landed a job as a contractor with USAA in their marketing division, and was excited to move to SA for the job. What the video severely fails to mention is that all of the perks are for employees, not contractors, no matter if your contract is to convert to permanant employee. As a contractor, you can't use the gym; you have to park on the end parking lots which means ton of walking if your office is not at the ends of this super long building; for you to actually see the shuttle is like winning a lottery; for Christmas they stop all food one day and serve some nasty meal for free to employees and like $11 to contractors; contractors have to pay high price at food court throughout the year, while employees get a big discount; and the campus has seating all around, but contractors must stay glued to their desk. And if this is not enough for you, just know they treat contractors as disposable resources without care.

    • @iforgot669
      @iforgot669 3 роки тому +2

      You can get a burger and fries for under 5 dollars. How is tht expensive? Even without the employee discount the food is still cheaper than going out anywhere. You really just trying to complain about anything.

    • @ika6884

      @@iforgot669 you must suck at math, you can't even get a meal at a fast food for $5 bucks outside of the campus, forget at their inflated cafeteria pricing. And not anything, but everything.

    US$500AA pretends to take care of veterans; I am a veteran: two years in Vietnam with personal decorations for valor; USAA has lied and cheated me over the last year and cost me over $5000; this is a rogue company run by a criminal and staffed with morons. Do business with this garbage operation at your own risk.

    So that’s where all the interest they charge me goes to. I closed my account with them. They don’t really care about the military members, only how much money they can make off of interest from them.
