Thus, you have towns like Torre Pacheco that seem more like Marrakesh. The answer is to follow the lead of KSA which allows immigrant workers to stay for the duration of their contract AND NOT A DAY LONGER. If a worker overstays his/her visa, then he/her risks imprisonment and the company risks huge fines.
