Kenya is missing on a huge opportunity in to processing theor avacados into oil. Avacado oil is the best. It has no after taste, infact you do not fill any of the oil and even sometimes when i put too much no stomach aches because its purely organic. Can also be eaten with salads even on nyama choma before you put it on the charcoal just rub some avacado oil. Am telling you guys we are sitting on a gold mine. All those rejected avacados that do not meet the global standard can be used to make the oil and you make ten times morwe just processing the oil
