I’m so confused about what “shift” means. I do appreciate your time but I wish things were explained a bit better and also I have no idea what the small black lettering on the red grid says in the beginning. Maybe write it under it or something and perhaps bigger letters. Can someone please explain

One more question I promise, How do you know which files on creative fabrica you can ungroup and edit?
Hi. Yeah you need to select those that have a svg file format. You wont be able to do that with a png file
