I voluntarily said goodbye to corporate life and decided to help tea farmers in the mountain to live better while contributing to conserving the forest in their village by teaching them making artisan tea and then buy the tea and sell the teas to them who can appreciate and share the same life values. The key for finding our ikigai is sacrifice our current job..... it is not easy choices, but it should not be taken for granted..
I wish with this talk more of us could be inspired to find our own Ikigai.
