Yes
Need non resident explanation as amended FA 2022. This is just to remind those who file Return of Non-residents, that the definition of Non-Resident was changed through Finance Act, 2022 (applicable on the Returns to be filed of Tax Year-2023).
That previously, an individual was to be considered a Non-resident in Pakistan, only if his stay was for less than 183 days in Pakistan.
However, now to be considered a Non-resident in Pakistan, the taxpayer has to stay in "any one" foreign country for more than 182 days or he has to provide proof of being tax resident of any other country.
So, if a person stays 200 days outside Pakistan, however those 200 days were not spent in a single country, rather for example 100 days were spent in USA and remaining 100 days were spent in Canada, then he is not to be considered Non-resident in Pakistan, unless he produces a proof that he was tax resident of either USA or Canada.

Agr ap ke pas 2 properties hain to un ma se koi aik property exempt ha of your own choice. 2nd property ki Agr fbr value 25 million se above ha to us value ka 1% tax dena ha.
Agr 2 se zyada ha to 1 exempt kr ke bki tmam properties ki total value 25 million se above ha to 1% tax dena ha
