Cheapest RT-PCR Testing for Family - DOT Subsidized via PCMC

To those who are asking. Our family availed the cheapest RT-PCR. Here’s what we did
Five days before the trip
12:30 AM- Applied RT-PCR subsidized by DOT at PCMC for 750 PHP attaching
confirmed flight and hotel accommodation
at www.tpb.gov.ph...
12:35 AM - Received an email - SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION from [e-mail]
08:58 PM - Received an email that our application was APPROVED and PCMC will send schedule three (3) days before your scheduled departure date.
3 days before the trip
08:41 AM - Received and email from PCMC ([e-mail]) that we were scheduled 8-9:00 AM the following day, need to fill up CIF form and send it back to them
02:23 PM - Sent back the CIF form to PCMC
03:31 PM - CIF Acknowledged by PCMC
2 days before the trip
07:45 AM - We arrived and line up at PCMC, Present an ID, Pay to the Cashier then Proceed to swabbing booth
09:00 AM - Finished swab
A day before the trip
07:36 AM - Received an email of our RT-PCR Results. Woohoo! Everyone is negative!
But wait there’s more
12:45 PM - Filled out Online Health Declaration Card (OHDC) to get QR codes at www.touristbor...
01:30 PM Emailed Required documents (OHDC, Negative RT-PCR Result, Confirmed Booking Form, Proof of Identification with Philippine Residency, Roundtrip Flight/Travel Details ) to
[e-mail]
02:13 PM - Tourist Boracay replied asking to send either pdf or screenshot. They can’t read the .msg attachment
02:53 PM - Sent the PDF copy of the results
02:57 PM - Emailed back that they are still verifying the negative result and the hotel booking
06:53 PM - Sent a follow up
07:53 PM - Sent another follow up
09:53 PM - Sent another follow up
10:26 PM - Finally! They sent the QR codes
Scariest part: Mom not liking the idea of swab testing. Normally, she’s always the earliest- dress up early and wait. But during our schedule, she was the last. So afraid that when she open the door she will say ‘kayo na lang’. So thankful she agreed to go. ☺️
